Romex Fugensand is ideal for narrow joint widths from 1/16″ (1mm) to 1/4″ (5mm) and is perfect for unbonded installations. Simply sweep the sand into the joints, hose down the surface, and squeegee D7000 sealer on top. The stabilized combo creates a durable, pressure washer-safe finish built to last. Must be used with D7000 sealer.

Install Steps:

Step 1: Work Into Joints

Turn sand with a shovel then sweep into the joints with a course broom

Step 2: Compact

Use a vibratory plate as long as the surface is suitable for vibratory plates

Step 3: Top Up Joints

Refill the joints up to the top edge of the paving stone or the bevel

Step 4: Wet Surface

Wet the joints using a fine mist (Do not use a watering can)

Step 5: Apply Stabilizer

Apply ROMEX D7000 using a watering can then remove immediately with a squeegee
